We are experienced system administators, therefore we manage dedicated servers and do not utilise 'shared' hosting as some web development companies.

Customer web sites, e-mail and database data are backed up periodically for redundancy in the event of the loss of data either caused by a customer or a hardware failure.

In the unlikely event of a complete hardware failure, we can easily restore your data to another server and availability loss is kept to an absolute minimum.
